Savindri is a UK qualified lawyer with over 7 years experience in the field of law. Savindri, whilst being the co-founder of Juris Associates, specialises in Commercial law, Testamentary law, Conveyance and Property law. She also has extensive experience in acquisitions, including conducting legal due diligence on both private and listed entities. She often deals with clients living abroad catering to their legal needs in Sri Lanka. Savindri has worked in leading law firms in Colombo adding to her practical knowledge of the Court system in Sri Lanka.

Savindri has worked with the United Nations rapporteur, Surya Subedi, to write a dissertation on the war crimes conflict in Sri Lanka. Savindri also has a charitable background, holding the Secretary position of the Rotaract Club for a period of two years.

She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Leeds, UK in 2015 and went on to complete her Master’s degree in International Business Law at the University of Leeds, UK, in 2016. She thereafter took Oaths as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2020.
