Tharushi is a highly accomplished lawyer with over seven years of experience in corporate and commercial law, conveyancing, wills and testament, family law, employment law, company secretarial services, and intellectual property. She has worked at leading law firms in Sri Lanka, gaining extensive expertise in client management, court appearances, contract negotiations, and advising on complex legal matters.

Admitted to the Bar as an Attorney-at-Law in 2019, Tharushi is a co-founder of Juris Associates, where she is committed to delivering strategic legal solutions tailored to clients' needs. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons.) and a Diploma in Law from the University of London and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Relations, specializing in Human Rights and International Law, at Deakin University, Australia. With a strong foundation in corporate governance and regulatory frameworks, she provides sound legal guidance to businesses and individuals alike.
